I Guess We Drank the Champagne First!

A student in my current online Intuition Advancement Series (IAS) forwarded this email to me today. She's a subscriber to Alan Cohen's "Wisdom for Today" (© 2010: www.alancohen.com), and felt that today's message was particularly relevant to our most recent Wednesday evening class.

I had decided to combine two exercises — "Future Fridays" and "The Fish Hook Technique" — following a video and a discussion about the illusion of linear time, and the functionality of learning to go beyond it for very specific and useful purposes.

I then guided the group to visit a moment in each other's future. We all hung out there, in each one's respective future moment, one after another, taking time to share in the feelings of joy and relief from certain things having been accomplished in each one's life — from beyond time! (We also looked around to catch any little 'sneak previews' of random details that might come into view!)

Back to Alan Cohen's message — here is how it reads:
"Get The Champagne First!"

"Dare to believe in the reality of your assumption and watch the world play its part relative to its fulfillment."
— Neville Goddard

Dr. Robert Mueller, former Assistant to the Secretary General of the United Nations, recounts an amazing story about the day when, as a young man in Germany during World War II, he received a draft notice to join the Nazi army. “There was no way I wanted to do this,” Dr. Mueller explains, “so I made up my mind that I would do whatever I needed to avoid conscription. Having studied the principles of positive thinking, I knew that I needed to get into the consciousness that I had already succeeded. So the first thing I did was to go out and buy a big bottle of champagne and invite my friends to celebrate me not having to go into the army.”

Dr. Mueller went on to an astounding adventure of escaping from the Nazis, during which he was assisted by miracles and divine intervention. It was not long before his draft order was canceled, and his purchase of the champagne was utterly justified.

When you think, act, and live as if your prayers are already answered, you become a magnet for your good. Let the answer be more real than the problem. Daily visit in consciousness the place where your dreams are pointing you. This realm is no farther than a thought away, and the more you frequent it, the wider will you will find the road by which your prayers return to you with gifts on their wings.

What future goal can you celebrate even now?

How might you symbolize succeeding at it?

I accept success before I see the manifested result.

I am one with my goals, which come to life in miraculous ways.
