 <title>Quieting The Mind</title>

 <description>&lt;p&gt;I understand that in order to be centered I need to quiet my mind.  How do I do this?  During the day I have so much to do and my mind races out of control.  It seems I am totally at its mercy and there is no way to stop it.  The more I fight it, the crazier it gets.&lt;/p&gt;
