Bob is largely responsible for the church restoration and preservation. His wife sensed an important find among the tangled brambles and ivy on a walk, years ago. Bob (a dear "old" friend) interprets for the church ghost, a Friar (more free, less cloistered than a monk) seen by many visitors. The priest lived in a monastary down the road.
